I grew up as one of 5 children in Hastings, Minnesota as the child of two teachers. I attended college at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, and shortly after graduating in 2001 I entered the Financial Services industry. I am grateful to my parents for installing in me a love of learning and a gift to be able to educate others, especially in the areas of financial planning and investing.
In my spare time, I enjoy coaching basketball, football and golf for my sons, Colin, Carter and Jonathan. I live with my wife Bethany and our boys in Chanhassen, MN.
