Christopher Lawes, CFP®, CLU®, CPFA®, AIF®
Sr. Partner & Financial Consultant
My mission is simple: to help individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial dreams through personalized, unbiased advice and a clear, results-oriented approach. At the core of my process is a focus on meaningful conversations. I start by asking the right questions and truly listening to understand your goals and priorities. With this deep insight, I then provide tailored recommendations to help bring your goals to life. The journey doesn’t stop there – I guide you through the implementation process and continue to monitor progress, ensuring we stay on track for long-term success.
Each financial journey is unique, and there are always opportunities to improve. Whether it's maximizing the benefits of the current tax code, rebalancing investment portfolios, addressing future income needs, or providing guidance through challenging economic times, I offer a wide range of services designed to help you make informed decisions.
On the business side, I specialize in Retirement Plan Consulting. I help companies optimize their retirement plans for both employers and employees. My work ensures businesses meet their fiduciary obligations to the DOL and IRS, while also streamlining the plan’s administration so it doesn't become a burden. With over 20 years of experience, I help businesses navigate complex regulations and implement strategies that work for their unique needs.
It’s been a privilege to work with amazing clients over the past two decades, and I look forward to continuing to build meaningful relationships for years to come. If you're looking for a trusted advisor who will listen, guide, and work alongside you, I'd love to welcome you into the DWM family.
I believe that continuous learning is key to providing the best possible service to my clients. As such, I have earned a diverse range of advanced financial designations, which allow me to stay at the forefront of the financial services industry and provide expert advice in an ever-changing landscape.
