Beau Janousek brings a unique blend of discipline, service, and real-world financial experience to his role as a Wealth Management Advisor in Ken Loehlin’s Burnsville office.

Before entering the financial profession, Beau served proudly in the United States Navy. He earned the Military Excellence Award by graduating at the top of his boot camp class, earning the honor of serving ceremonial duty aboard the USS Constitution in Boston—the oldest commissioned warship afloat. Following that assignment, Beau deployed on the aircraft carrier CVN-75 USS Harry S. Truman, where he qualified as a Master Helmsman. A standout moment of his service was steering the carrier through the Suez Canal, an experience that solidified his commitment to precision and responsibility.

Beau and his wife later began building their own investment foundation through real estate, starting with a rental property they held for several years before successfully flipping two homes. They used the proceeds to relocate to Minnesota, further fueling Beau’s passion for strategic financial planning and wealth building.

He earned his degree from Virginia Wesleyan University using the GI Bill, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in management and minoring in German—a class he took on a whim thanks to an inspiring professor (even if he barely speaks the language now).

Beau currently holds his Life & Health insurance license, as well as the SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations.

Drawing from military discipline, personal investment experience, and a strong academic foundation, Beau is dedicated to helping clients build confidence in their financial future and create strategies that align with their goals.
