Shirley A. Evans CLU, ChFC, CFEd, has been helping individuals and small business owners make important financial decisions for more than 20 years.  With extensive experience in financial planning, investment advisory services, long-term care insurance and legacy/estate planning, Shirley is able to assist a wide range of clients.
